Registration and Application

Registration is always open.  This means that you are not limited to start, or finish, at a certain time of the year.
Registration normally takes place within 24 hours of receipt of the application form and Registration fees.

You get access to all the course/grade material, per subject, on the student portal, via secure username and password.
Students get access to their own e-mail address.  Invitations to virtual classes and other class communication, takes place via this e-mail address.
Parents get access to the secure Parent portal via username and password so that they can check on student progress, accounts etc.
Students and parents have access to our SMS and WhatsApp call centre for 24/7 assistance.

The Registration Fee, per course/grade, is payable immediately, to activate registration.
Course/grade Fees may either be paid in full or in installments.
Full course/grade Fees have to be paid by the time that the student completes the course/grade.  Progress reports will only be issued once the student has completed the course/grade and full fees have been received.
All fees and due amounts may be paid via EFT or in cash at the school.  Payments will be booked to the student's account as soon as it reflects on the school's banking account.  Please forward PoP to headmaster@cpsgo.org.
Monthly installments need to be paid by the first day of each month.

We are dependent on the punctual payment of fees to keep this unique project going.  If fees are not paid punctually and consistently, the student and parent portals will, unfortunately, be blocked until such time as the account is brought up to date.
The registration will be cancelled where fees are outstanding for more than 3 months.
